Service Levels

The Group 2000 Business Operations department offers two levels of customer support tailored to meet the special requirements of each Group 2000 customer.

Independent of the service level chosen they offer the same high level of technical expertise, effectiveness, and professionalism.

Group 2000 distinguishes two service levels for Maintenance & Support i.e. Silver and Gold. The major difference between the two types is the service window are shown below.

Silver

Availability Helpdesk  during office hours  (5 x 8).

Maintenance and support window: office hours, Monday to Friday

Gold

Availability Helpdesk  24 hours a day (24 x 7 ).

Maintenance and support window: 24 x 7 and 365 days per year.
