Helpdesk and Support

The international Maintenance & Services centre offers support on equipment, software and applications 24 hours a day, 7 DAYS A WEEK.

This support includes maintenance and service by our highly qualified Software Engineers, Field Engineers and Test Engineers.

After Installation, configuration and final acceptance of the products and services by the customer the SLA contract will become operational. 

The Group 2000  Customer Support team will be:

- available for customers around the clock

- responsible for the KPI's in the agreed upon SLA

- issueing  remote and/or on-site corrective maintenance if necessary.
