Project Teams
To enlarge customer’s experience of working with Group 2000 for every project a Project Team will be assigned consisting of a Project manager, Project Engineer and Test engineer.
Project manager
The Project manager will be the single point of contact for The Customer.
The main task of the Project Manager is to setup the Project Plan (including a Milestone Schedule) and to coordinate its execution. By working with a dedicated Project manager we can monitor that all agreed deliverables are delivered in time. The Project Manager will coordinate and plan all the activities which require involvement from both customer and Group 2000.
If applicable the project manager is also responsible for Third-Party Supplier management.
For questions about Quality Control, Change Management, Financial Control and Invoicing you can also contact our multi functional Project Managers. They will be very pleased to help you in whatever way they can.
The Project Manager will report frequently about the project progress to the Customer by means of a Project Progress Meeting (either on-site or by conference call).
Project Engineer
Our experienced Project Engineers are responsible for the overall technical solution and customizations to the building blocks and the integration of the system. They will make sure that the involved internal departments are provided with all the technical details and know how of the project. They will perform (internal) project reviews and define the systems internal release tests.
Test Engineer
Before the system will be deployed and handed over to the customer the Test Engineer will start extensive testing on the internal release tests. This ensures that your product/service has been thoroughly tested and documented for future reference.
