LIMA Mediators

LIMA solutions have been integrated with many Monitoring Centers across the globe. Seamless integration with these LEMF systems is handled by LIMA Mediators that convert the intercepted traffic into the Handover Format required by local regulations.

LIMA Mediators are modular by nature. Being based on an adapter concept, input and output adapters can be combined at will to form the required configuration. Input adapters allow the Mediator to handle traffic ranging from SS7 based telephony calls to packet switched IP traffic. Output adapters support the formats as defined by the most common handover specifications from, for example, ETSI.

Field proven implementations of input adapters are available for a whole range of network elements. Input adapters for other systems can be implemented in a matter of weeks.
