Service and Support

Group 2000 seeks to establish long-term partnerships with their customers. To this end we implement the agreed upon solutions effectively and support them unfailingly thereafter. In this way we can assure a high level of availability of these services which are crucial to our customers.

The international Customer Care centre offers 24 hours a day support. This support includes our Installation, configuration and updates of hardware and software, helpdesk, remote and on-site corrective maintenance, and of course preventive maintenance.

To prevent long periods of down time the Group 2000 support engineers use remote server access for faster resolution of issues.

Preventive maintenance guarantees a quick resolution of found issues before they become a major problem.

To ensure fast and easy communication all our employees are known with several languages (a.o. English, German and Dutch)
