That is why we take our Maintenance & Service very seriously. You can count on our complete assistance in effectively implementing our solutions as well as our unfailing support once everything is up and running. Our commitment ensures maximum availability of those services that are so crucial to your success.

Our international Customer Care centre (Dutch, German and English spoken) offers support for equipment, software and applications. This support includes:

• helpdesk;

• remote and on-site corrective maintenance;

• installation of software updates;

• preventive maintenance.

You can choose from two service levels − Silver and Gold. They differ mainly by their service window. Silver service is available during office hours, Gold service can be called upon 24/7.
