Group 2000 staat op Saxion Bedrijvendag

Na een succesvolle Bedrijvendag vorig jaar wordt dit jaar wederom een ACT Bedrijvendag georganiseerd in de nieuwe vestiging van Saxion, Enschede. Uiteraard zal Group 2000 hier ook weer bij aanwezig zijn.
De bedrijvendag vindt plaats op donderdag 24 november 2011 van 11.30 uur tot 15.30 uur, bij Saxion, locatie Van Galenstraat 19 (begane grond en 1e verdieping) te Enschede

‘Webservices excluded in Data Retention Law’
The obligation to store call detail records of telephony and internet traffic for long periods of time,
does not include web based services like Twitter, Facebook, Skype etc. Only with innovative new
technologies like deep packet inspection it will be possible to intercept this traffic and to achieve
what the Data Retention law was intended for: tracking of criminal and/or terrorist activities. Group
2000, specialist in active data retention, poses that this can be done at lower costs than has been
assumed so far.

Bewaarplicht
10-07-2009Wet Bewaarplicht (Data Retentie)
Sinds 1 september 2009 is de Wet bewaarplicht telecommunicatiegegevens van kracht. De Europese richtlijn dataretentie is in nationale wetgeving vertaald.
Met de Wet bewaarplicht worden aanbieders van openbare telecommunicatienetwerken en telecommunicatiediensten (internettoegang, e-mail en (internet-) telefonie) verplicht tot het bewaren van verkeers- en locatiegegevens van gebruikers. Het gaat hierbij niet om de inhoud van de communicatie. Het bewaren van verkeers- en locatiegegevens is ten behoeve van de opsporing en vervolging van ernstige misdrijven.
