Prepaid IVR application

The Group 2000 IVR Application is an “out of the box” application for all kinds of tasks concerning prepaid users on the mobile network. Buttons are available for a.o. topping up or to inform you about your credit and information about call going abroad. There are also functions available that will connect you through to the central helpdesk.

The Application is capable of adjusting itself to the users profile and switches automatically to the preferred language.

The Prepaid IVR can be integrated with Billing Systems like Surepay from Alcatel-Lucent. Another standard interface is to full-service payment companies (e.g. Equens) for handling banking transactions.

Although there are a vast number of standard functionalities within the Group 2000 Prepaid IVR application it is always possible to adjust or extend the IVR Applications to specific customer wishes or needs.
