The SIMM IVR Platform has been the solid basis of every Group 2000 IVR application. Build on Sun Hardware with a Solaris operating system SIMM will deliver years of reliable functionality.
The Platform easily integrates known interfaces towards all types of networks like ISDN, SS7 and VoIP (SIP). Because of the modular setup we can scale the SIMM unto thousands of channels, without any risk of losing performance. There are several redundancy options available to ensure an telco grade availability.
To get an optimized end user experience we can analyze the applications in a live environment. Adjustments can be made to let the system perform to the most common usage. Additionally the application can be made more dynamically to adapt automatically to the individual end user. Frequently used menu items for example can be made more easily accessible.
